The upper range of the target region (dead-band) for a controller that is using an l1-norm error objective. The setpoint high (SPHI) is the upper final target value. SPHI and SPLO are used with IMODE=3,6,9 when APM.CV_TYPE=1. The single set point SP is used with APM.CV_TYPE=2.
