              0=OFF
              1={Name = Value, Status}
              2={Name = Value, Status, Units}

DBS_WRITE specifies when to write the output DBS files with 0=OFF, 1=Write values with Units, and 2=Write values without Units. It may be desirable to turn off the DBS file writing when the DBS file sends feedback to the process and the application is under development.
