 Description: Next value that the estimator or controller would
              implement if CTRLMODE=3.

The next value (NXTVAL) to be implemented by the controller. This is especially useful for a controller in WARM mode (CTRLMODE=2) where no values are changed on the first step (still in manual mode) but the control actions are computed beyond the first step. This is a useful mode to inspect the controller performance before it is turned on.
