Advanced Process Simulation
The first step in model creation and testing is a combination of steady state and dynamic model simulations. Steady state model simulations are employed to converge new model units, verify relationships between key process variables, and allign process values to typical operating regions.
Dynamic simulations include replay of historical data and step testing. The model can additionally be linearized for statistical parameter analysis or import into linear controllers.
